i´m missing point from a couple of surveys, this is in theory a win win situation where we and toluna have something to gain..what´s the point in spending 20m doing a survey if we don´t get anything in return?
I agree with Kubbi77It is very frustrating when you take the time filling in surveys and there is no reward forthcoming as has been promised. We also miss out on the prize draws as well. I have been in touch with Toluna but have not heard anything back.

I am having the same problem. It makes you think if it is really worth the effort.
I am also missing some points for a survey.
